Sulphur Bluff Scholarship Foundation

Application

The Sulphur Bluff Scholarship Foundation will award a minimum of two $1,000.00 scholarships for 2013. SBSF scholarships are available to any graduating senior and to former graduates of Sulphur Bluff High School.

Requirements:

Must attend a State Accredited Junior College, College or University or Vocational/Technical School.

Attach a copy of High School or College transcript to this application.

Applicant must be available for a personal interview if the selection committee deems it necessary.

Application must be completed and returned by May 15th, 2013.
